This year for my birthday we're doing something that we have never done before!
I am using my birthday to change the lives of some of the most exploited children in the world!
For over half of my life, I have gone into some of the most remote places in the world and worked to prevent, rescue and heal children out of trafficking, slavery and exploitation!
Right now somewhere in the world children are trafficked every minute!
Before you finish reading this letter, another child will find themselves in the nightmare of sex trafficking or slavery.
Child trafficking and exploitation are not a myth or conspiracy theory, it is happening every day around the world and I have witnessed it first-hand for 22 years!
I think it is no coincidence that my birthday (July 31) is the day after the World Day Against Trafficking in Persons—July 30. I know that I was born for this time and was rescued to rescue.
This year’s World Day Against Trafficking in Persons theme is to reach every victim of trafficking—leave no one behind.
So, for my 46th birthday, I am asking friends and family (and you are both!) to partner with us to reach our goal of raising $92,000 to renovate two buildings into NEW Life Impact Prevention Centers in Northeastern Brazil and in the Amazon, where we will also be renovating our very first safe house in the interior of the Amazon.
These new places will provide a way to bring safety, love, hope and a future for thousands of vulnerable children in Brazil.

The Reality
We are reaching thousands of children in our mission to raise up a generation who can break the chains of child trafficking and exploitation.
Children are sold to the tourist boats along the Amazon rivers.
In areas of Brazil, it is believed that a girl should lose her virginity to her father.
For some children, stealing in their community guarantees them the loss of their hand or worse.
Solution
The construction and remodeling of Life Impact's New Prevention Centers and safe house in the Amazon will cost approximately $92,000.
YOUR donation will help fund these three projects
(or the greatest area of need if these projects are fully funded.)
We estimate that with the addition of these new Prevention Centers in Brazil, we will:
√ Impact at least 1,200 children daily this year.
√ Feed these at-risk children 2 meals a day, 3 days a week so they don't need to sell their bodies for rice and beans.
√ Give children access to tutoring and counseling, as well as skill-building activities such as baking, music, art, sewing, martial arts, soccer, so they don't have to traffic drugs.
√ Introduce them to the TRUE Rescuer—Jesus—and his love and care.
√ CHANGE the future for thousands of children at-risk of exploitation, trafficking drugs, slavery and life on the streets.
